This kind of dope dyed recycled superfine fiber comes from recycled bottle flakes and is produced by adding master batch online during the melt spinning process. It is made by a special production process using special oil, which improves its physical specification and spinnability. With its specification of 38mm-76mm and 0.7D-1.2D, it’s more spinnable and softer. This kind of color fiber has high quality, high color fastness, strong resistance to water washing and can achieve different results by adjusting the color. In addition, it has small color difference, and wide chromatography with red, orange , yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet colors and the derived various chromatography.
