This polyester silicon down-like fiber is made from recycled bottle flakes. It is available in a range of sizes from 18mm-150mm and 0.7D-25D. During the production process, silicone oil is added to the fiber. This imported oil is from the German Wacker Company. The addition of silicone oil makes the fiber smoother and softer, with a texture more like feather down. The fiber can be used in home textile, nonwoven, filling, toy, and clothing applications. It has an excellent loading capacity, which is much higher than other fillings. In addition, the fiber has excellent heat retention and heat conductivity.
